Publishing a physical book in Indonesia's biggest bookstore for lingkaran

Seriously? Physical book? In this digital era?
As a creative education platform, lingkaran has built a notable digital presence.

But as an educational entity, lingkaran needs content development to uplift their educational image. The question is which kind of content. Podcast? Web series? Film?
So, we decided to respect lingkaran's educational roots and choose a book format. We might choose different kind of content development if it's another brand, though.
But, what for?
After we settled on the book format, we continued to the question of what kind of book is suitable and what the right objective is. Interestingly, we figured those out in a fun way and achieved great results too.

First and most importantly, we established the objective is for branding, and not sales. However, branding = company profile.
We tried to understand what our audience needed and how we could help them through a book. Since our audience was mmost engaged with content about content marketing, we came up with Rumus Lingkaran: Content Marketing.
Here's our thought process:

It's more than just selling books
Traveling the country on its own, the book spreads meaningful lessons from lingkaran and collaborators.
- In the digital realm, the book spreads through marketplaces
- In the physical realm, the book reached the Gramedia branches from Aceh to Papua

Rumus Lingkaran also opens a door for multiple invitations of events and endless organic Instagram Story waiting to be reposted.
